Our mission at GiANT is to “transform the leadership culture of America.”

We realize that statement is bold, even a bit grandiose. But we provide practical action steps to back it up. By impacting leaders across America, our ultimate goal is to transform the culture of corporations and other organizations in this country.

Make no small plans, right? There are “only” about 30 million companies in the United States. We decided that to impact the leadership culture of America, we wanted to transform the culture of organizations within our own country. In order to do that we must create an opportunity to awaken, encourage, and resource the leaders themselves. If just one leader breaks through the walls of self-preservation, then we can change the level of influence in many other lives, starting with his or her employees. One person can change the trajectory of impact on another’s life, and that person, in turn, can impact others in a similar manner. Carried forward, the implications are amazing!
